The tide brings life and takes nothing away — that is Tide Pool's approach to privacy. Whatever the tide brings to our shores, we return everything and keep nothing personal. This notice explains exactly how.
What washes in
Tide Pool retains no personal debris from your visit. No beachcomber profile, no location coordinates, no device imprint is left in the sand.
Tidal readings (server logs)
Like a tide gauge, our servers may automatically record: browser type, device category, and an anonymised IP fragment. These readings are purely operational and are not linked to any individual.
No nets in the water (trackers)
Tide Pool casts no advertising nets, no behavioural tracking hooks, and no analytics lines into the water. The pool is free of surveillance equipment.
The lighthouse keeper (Google Fonts)
Fonts are maintained by Google Fonts. Your browser's connection request to Google may include your IP. Their policies govern what happens at that lighthouse.
Young rock poolers
Tide Pool is a bright, accessible game for all ages. No violent content, no gambling, no age-restricted material anywhere on the shore. We collect nothing from any visitor.
